Silver Planning & Design Package

$1,600 for one location and $1,800 for two locations

*Discount available for weddings with less than 50 guests

*Extra assistant might be required if the guest count exceeds 150.

The cost of said assistant is additional.

Let One Fabulous Event help make your big day sparkle by coordinating the day-of activities no wedding couple wants to manage themselves. What sets our day of coordination apart from all other wedding coordinators is that we start working with you as soon as we are contracted. We will schedule an in-person design and planning meeting where we will go question by question over our detailed timeline questionnaire, discuss all the potential vendors one could have at their wedding, what to look for in said vendors as well as provide invaluable hints and red flags when it comes to finding vendors and assist in vendor recommendations. During the meeting, we will also provide design and style assistance, hints to help stretch your budget, and much more!

 

The best part of our Silver Planning & Design Package is that you will receive a detailed first draft timeline within two weeks of the meeting which gets everyone on the same page and helps alleviate most of the wedding planning pressure couples feel. We will also provide e-mail introductions to our amazing vendors and secure rental quotes for your big day and, any vendor love discounts we receive, are passed onto you! One Fabulous Event will spend the time learning about every detail of your vision to ensure a smooth, fun yet structured wedding and we will be by your side the whole way! Because our work begins as soon as we’re hired, you will enjoy unlimited communication with us which helps to put your mind at ease! This package includes One Fabulous Event coordinating on your big day for up to eight (8) hours as well as setting up and packing up basic personal items on your wedding day allowing your family, friends, and you to simply enjoy the wedding!

Package Includes

  • Unlimited communication from day one
  • Three-hour sit down to discuss everything wedding with the couple where we will review the timeline questionnaire together, review each type of vendor, and make vendor recommendations
  • Design ideas, color palettes, popular trends, floral design, etc.
  • Detailed e-mail introductions with any of our recommended vendors who are available for your wedding date – any vendor love discount will be passed on to you!
  • Proposals for rentals and linens – any vendor love discount will be passed on to you!
  • Immediate creation of your first draft wedding timeline
  • Review of all vendor contracts as well as confirming details with contracted vendors. Please note that One Fabulous Event will not re-negotiate any vendor contracts throughout the planning process
  • Acting as the primary liaison with all contracted vendors
  • Distribution of wedding day timeline to all vendors
  • Assistance in creating a layout and floorplan for the wedding
  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (for weddings with more than 50 guests)
  • Arrange for personal flowers to be delivered to the hotel or location where the bridal party is getting ready
  • Greet vendors upon their arrival to set up and answer any questions
  • Meet with the banquet captain to review details on the timeline as well as confirm any special needs in regard to food restrictions and allergies
  • Set up & strike of basic personal ceremony and reception items
  • Ensure that both the ceremony site and reception room are set up as to the expectations of the bride and groom
  • Confirm the music that musicians will play during the ceremony and reception as well as start times for each piece of music. Determine what hand signals will be used to cue musicians and/or DJ
  • Line up the bridal party for all event entrances and assist DJ or musicians by cueing specified milestone music
  • Assist in post-ceremony photo coordination in partnership with the photographer(s)
  • Assist guests in finding their tables
  • Assist in the proper signage of the marriage license
  • Cue band/DJ, Photographer, Videographer, and couple when important events take place during the reception
  • Prevent and fix any hiccups that may arise during the wedding
  • Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the evening (no negation in the terms of vendor contracts will be handled by One Fabulous Event)
  • Pack up gifts/cards, miscellaneous ceremony, and reception items at the end of the night

Note: Day of Coordination includes eight hours of coordination on the day of the wedding. Additional hours can be purchased for an additional fee.

Honeymoon Bound Add-on

$50 per hour, 2 hour minimim

 

Once the wedding is over and the happy couple has left for the evening and the parents are long gone…. someone will need to return your cake stand, turn in your marriage license to the county clerk’s office, and get your personal items and any gifts back to your home or a family members house the following business day. Let One Fabulous event take care of all those items so that you can enjoy your honeymoon and your loved ones can relax. This is the perfect add-on for out-of-town couples who need to return items locally or for couples who are escaping for their honeymoon straight away.
