Our Platinum, full-service wedding planning package is designed for our clients that want a “project manager” to handle the details of their wedding including design assistance, planning, and coordination. Full planning is a comprehensive package for couples looking to enjoy an elegant wedding without the stress that goes into planning every detail. One Fabulous Event works with you from start to finish coordinating all aspects of your wedding. This includes venue selection, recommending top vendors and caterers, managing your wedding budget, constructing your timeline, assisting with designing your wedding theme and décor. The goal is to assist you with all the details crucial for your special day including the coordination of the rehearsal and the event itself! The bride and groom can be as involved as they like during the preparation and planning of their One Fabulous Wedding….
Package Includes
Everything from the Silver and Gold Packages +
- Assist with Venue research and selection
- Budget Management
- Assist in designing the look and feel of your fabulous wedding
- Schedule up to 3 Floral meetings
- Schedule and participate in meetings for any 3rd party contractors such as photographers, videographers, caterers, stationery, and any other vendor based on the client’s request
- Acting as the primary liaison with all contracted vendors
- Place rental orders for furniture, linens, china, and any other rental needs
- Refer a team of experts in the “Bride and Beauty” arena to find the best bridal gown boutique, hair and makeup artists, bridal accessories, and any other fashion-related needs
- Research hotel accommodations and assist with booking room blocks
- Attend tasting with the catering company
- Assist with design of full stationery and proofreading before sending to print
- Assemble, stuff, stamp, and mail all invitations (postage priced separately)
- Attend gown fitting and advise on the selection of gown and accessories
- Design, assemble and deliver all guests amenity kits
- Marriage license assistance
- Shuttle/transportation research and booking assistance
- Creating a floor plan and layout for the wedding
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination
- Coordination and production on the day of the wedding

Honeymoon Bound Add-on
$50 per hour, 2 hour minimim
Once the wedding is over and the happy couple has left for the evening and the parents are long gone…. someone will need to return your cake stand, turn in your marriage license to the county clerk’s office, and get your personal items and any gifts back to your home or a family members house the following business day. Let One Fabulous event take care of all those items so that you can enjoy your honeymoon and your loved ones can relax. This is the perfect add-on for out-of-town couples who need to return items locally or for couples who are escaping for their honeymoon straight away.
